BATTLE CREEK, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – A motorcyclist is dead, after another vehicle apparently turned in front of him on Dickman Road Sunday afternoon.
Deputies from the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to the two vehicle accident on West Dickman Road at the intersection of Wyndtree Road around 3:30 p.m. Sunday. Deputies says a car had turned eastbound onto West Dickman in front of a motorcycle that was also traveling eastbound on West Dickman, causing the collision.
The driver of the motorcycle was a 50 year old male, who succumbed to his injuries at the scene. The name is being withheld till family has been notified.
Police say neither alcohol or drugs are not believed to be a factor in the accident.
