(Reuters) -SoftBank Group Corp founder Masayoshi Son is seeking to team up with Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co to build a trillion-dollar industrial complex in Arizona to build robots and artificial intelligence, Bloomberg News reported on Friday citing people familiar with the matter.
