KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Two men are in the Kalamazoo County Jail after a pair of drug busts on Friday by the Kalamazoo Valley Enforcement Team.
Officers executed two search warrants as they investigated drug sales in the 300 block of East Frank Street in the city of Kalamazoo and the 2000 block of Sunnyside Drive in Kalamazoo Township.
They seized a pound of methamphetamine, an ounce of crack cocaine and fentanyl, and U.S. currency believed to be drug sale profits.
One suspect is a 30-year-old man on parole for drug offenses. The other is a 37-year-old man on federal supervised release for drug offenses. No names have been released.
