KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety arrested two men Saturday night, June 18, after a crackdown on a mobile nuisance party.
At the request of local businesses, KDPS officers patrolled the 2900 block of South Howard Street where they encountered crowds engaged in the party, and found people dancing on cars, loud music, and littering.
A 23-year-old man from Kalamazoo was arrested for carrying a concealed weapon and possession of a unregistered firearm.
A 40-year-old man also from Kalamazoo was arrested for disorderly conduct. Both were taken to the Kalamazoo County Jail.
