NOTTAWA TOWNSHIP, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – In the last week, multiple cases involving stolen campers have been investigated by the St. Joseph County Sheriff’s Office, and a new one was reported on Monday.
Currently, the department is searching for a camper stolen in Nottawa Township. This incident is said to have occurred between October 13 and October 30 in the 60000 Block of Railroad Street.
The stolen camper was reported to be a tan/brown 2019 Jayco Eagle with a Michigan trailer plate of E163148.

This new report comes after two stolen camper trailers were recovered last week in Constantine Township.
Sheriff Mark Lillywhite says deputies were called out around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, October 27 on a report of a possible stolen camper trailer in the 12000 block of Riverside Drive.
The first stolen camper, valued at $35,000, was located and returned to the owner.
While on site, deputies located a second stolen camper on the property, which was also returned to its owner.
In total, the combined value of the stolen campers was said to be over $60,000.
