We’ve heard reports of U.S. soy sales to China being in decline since September. The situation with pork exports remains in record territory even as beef sales decline. According to the Meat Export Federation sales of pork to Beijing were up 10 percent year-over-year two months ago with a volume of 222,400 metric tons while the value rose six percent. The federation remains pleased with overall export numbers following a late-summer surge in sales to various points in Asia even if beef sales to China dropped
