OSHTEMO TOWNSHIP, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — A man accused of multiple robberies around Kalamazoo County is now in custody.
22-year-old Randell Lee Wicks has been arraigned and charged with bank robbery, carrying a concealed weapon, felony firearm, and resisting and obstructing a police officer for the September 12th Chemical Bank robbery in Oshtemo Township.
Wicks walked into the bank on West Main Street around 5 p.m. with another suspect, wearing all black and armed with weapons as they took the cash.
Kalamazoo County Sheriff deputies, Public Safety officers, and the FBI are still investigating to locate the other suspect involved in the robbery.
Wicks’ bond was set at $500,000.
