OSHTEMO TOWNSHIP, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — Kalamazoo County Sheriff deputies are searching for two armed suspects after a bank robbery in Oshtemo.
It happened just before 5 p.m. Thursday at the Chemical Bank on West Main Street, west of US-131.
Authorities say two men robbed the bank at gunpoint, fled on foot to a nearby neighborhood, and escaped in a midsized sedan, possibly a Chevy Malibu.
The first suspect is described as a slender black man, about 5’8″ to 5’10”, wearing all black including a black mask.
The second suspect is described as a slender black man, similar height, wearing all black including a black ski mask that had a white covering over it.
