BEDFORD TOWNSHIP (WKZO AM/FM) –Sometimes it does not pay to advertise.
State Police say a Bedford Township man who allegedly placed ads on Craigslist seeking kiddie porn, has now been arrested and charged, after an investigation revealed much more.
They now claim that 34-year-old Travis Tudor was already in possession of child sexually abusive material, including pictures that he had created and distributed.
Tudor told the judge that there is a simple explanation for all this that will show he is innocent and he requested an expedited opportunity to defend himself.
Because he has previous convictions for home invasion and unlawful driving away of vehicles, he could get up to life if convicted on the most serious of the new charges he faces.
He is being held at the Calhoun County Jail on $100,000 bond.
