GALEBURG (WKZO AM/FM) Kalamazoo County Deputies aren’t saying why a Galesburg man intentionally discharged a rifle through the roof of his apartment and into the unit above, but he may have endangered the lives of the woman and her two young children who lived in that upstairs unit.
Deputies, responded early Saturday afternoon to a 9-1-1 call from the 150 block of East Battle Creek Street in the City of Galesburg.
The 31-year-old male suspect was taken into custody without incident, and will be arraigned Monday for discharging a firearm in an occupied dwelling and perhaps other charges.
