SCHOOLCRAFT (WKZO AM/FM) — The Schoolcraft Police Department has recovered a vehicle and arrested three Kalamazoo suspects after a retail theft and carjacking.
Around 3 a.m. Wednesday authorities located a car in the 300 block of Duncan Street in the Village of Schoolcraft that was taken from the City of Kalamazoo back in late February.
After finding the vehicle, Schoolcraft police arrested two Kalamazoo men and one Kalamazoo woman in relation to the carjacking and one of the suspects also had outstanding warrants.
The stolen vehicle was involved in a retail theft at a store in Three Rivers earlier, and the Three Rivers Police department is still investigating if the suspects caught with the vehicle were the ones involved.
