FAWN RIVER TOWNSHIP (WKZO AM/FM) — Three teenagers from Bronson are injured after a high-speed crash in St. Joseph County.
It occurred around 2:30 a.m. Monday at the curve on Plumb School Road east of Big Hill Road in Fawn River Township.
Authorities say the 18-year-old driver was going too fast when he missed the curve and went off the right side of the roadway, flipping the vehicle.
The driver and two 19-year-old passengers received minor injuries. The driver and front seat passenger were bucked in, but the back passenger was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
The driver was also cited for driving too fast for conditions.
