UPDATE: The suspected killer, 52-year-old James Huffman, is being accused of failing to follow through on his end of a suicide pact.

NILES (WKZO-AM/FM) — A 52-year-old Niles man has turned himself in for murder.
He told detectives he killed a woman at a home near South 14th and Marion streets Friday. That confession at the Niles Law Enforcement Complex came Monday morning.
Officers went through the residence found the decomposing body of 52-year-old Angela Cluver. She was identified by her fingerprints.
It’s still not clear at this stage how she died, but investigators believe she may have been strangled. An autopsy is now underway.
The suspect was booked into jail on an open murder charge.
