EAST LANSING, MI — The new college school year is already a week old in East Lansing at Michigan State University, but students are still complaining about the issues they encountered during move-in week at one local apartment complex.
Dozens of students and their parents complained to media partner 6 News WLNS in Lansing about the living conditions at Chandler Crossings. 6 News spoke with many Michigan State University students after they moved into The Village, The Landings, and The Club. They said they found mold, dirt, trash, leaks, and other assorted issues.
Experts recommend the students contact the City of East Lansing to complain about the issues. The management firm for the apartment complex told 6 News the issues are being addresses in a timely fashion.
