DETROIT (WKZO) — The Detroit-Windsor Tunnel is open again after being temporarily closed Tuesday night due to the discovery of what Canadian authorities believe to be a smoke grenade or smoke bomb. Two Michigan men are jailed in Windsor after being arrested on the Canadian side of the tunnel. Police also found two knives and a set of brass knuckles in their vehicle. The tunnel was reopened just before 9 p.m.
