MT. PLEASANT (WKZO) — A 37-year-old Central Michigan University student is banned from campus after making a threat against a professor.
CMU police call it “poor judgment” by the student, whose name is not being released. The Mt. Pleasant man is accused of saying during an “Introduction to Human Sexuality” class that if he had a gun, he would have shot the teacher.
The instructor did not hear the remark, but other students did and the case is being turned over to the Isabella County Prosecutor’s office.
