ORANGEVILLE TOWNSHIP (WKZO)– Barry County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a homicide.
The killing occurred at the intersection of Wildwood and Marsh Roads near Gun Lake Tuesday evening.
Dispatch got a 9-1-1 call about 7:30 p.m. about a shooting.
Sheriff Dar Leaf says they have a suspect in custody, but are not releasing much more than that. Both the victim and the suspect are males in their 30’s.
The motive and circumstances behind the killing are still under investigation.
