KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – One person was injured in a late night shooting on Kalamazoo’s southside Wednesday.
At approximately 11:45 p.m. officers from the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety responded to the 200 block of Belmont Street for reports of several gunshots.
When pfficers arrived on scene, they located one victim suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. The victim was provided medical care and transported to a local hospital for treatment.
No word on any suspects in the case.
