KALAMAZOO (WKZO AM/FM) — It’s graduation day at Western Michigan University. WMU Plans four separate ceremonies to make it possible for all the friends and family that want to attend.
They will be conferring more than 2,462 diplomas today at Miller Auditorium.
Spring commencement is traditionally the largest graduation ceremony of the year.
The university wants to remind those who plan to attend that their new security rules banning any purse larger than a clutch bag and backpacks will be in effect.
