HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — Saugatuck-Douglas Area Business Assocation officials are appealing for the public to vote in the USA Today 10Best Annual Reader’s Choice poll — because Oval Beach is on the list for best Michigan beaches.
Oval is Saugatuck’s main beach with sand dunes and such amenities as a picnic area, concessions and convenient parking.
Also in the mix: Grand Haven State Park and Muskegon’s Pere Marquette Park.
