FRANKFURT (WHTC) – Governor Snyder’s eight-day, 16 thousand-mile auto industry-related “mission” to Japan and Germany has ended in Frankfurt with Daimler North America confirming a move of its operational headquarters from New Jersey to Michigan. About 30 jobs will head to the Great Lakes State as a result. The Governor also announced the opening of Michigan Europe Center offices in London and Berlin that will promote and assist this state’s export trade development. Mr. Snyder returns home on Thursday.
