DECATUR, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Former Decatur Village Manager Christopher Tapper is charged with one count of larceny by false pretenses of at least $20,000.
The 46-year-old is accused of presenting 17 fake documents to get tuition reimbursement between February 2022 and March 2026.
