GRAND RAPIDS, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The Library of Congress is recognizing the Literacy Center of West Michigan for the work done to help adults learn to read.
The Literacy Center of West Michigan will receive $100,000, the second-highest literacy award from the library.
Officials say the money will be reinvested into helping to make a greater impact.
The award will be given in November in Washington, DC.
