KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Kalamazoo Public Safety says a 30-year-old woman was shot and killed early Saturday in the city’s Northside neighborhood.
Officers heard several gunshots near Florence Street and Cobb Avenue around 2:17 a.m. and learned she had been taken to a nearby hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The woman was pronounced dead at the hospital, and authorities have not released her name.
The KDPS has not released information on the suspect being sought or what may had led to the shooting.
