DEARBORN, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The average price for a gallon of gas in Michigan is back under $4 a gallon.
Triple-A Michigan says the price fell 14-cents in the past week to $3.96, 25¢ less than last month and 80¢ more than last year.
The most expensive fuel in the state is in Ann Arbor at $4.05 a gallon, while Marquette has the least expensive gas at $3.62.
A 15-gallon fill up costs $59 on average in Michigan.
In southwest Michigan, Calhoun County continues to have the lowest average price at $3.87, followed by Cass and Van Buren counties at $3.90, Berrien County at $3.92, Kalamazoo County at $3.94, St. Joseph County at $3.95, Barry County at $3.97, and Allegan County at $3.98.
