HOMER, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – A 69-year-old Homer man is charged with sexually exploitating children in 2011.
Gerald Preston has been indicted on two federal charges of sexual exploitation of children after he allegedly “persuaded, induced, and enticed” two children to take part in sexual activities that he recorded.
Preston faces up to 60-years in prison if convicted.
U.S. Homeland Security is still investigating.
