AUGUSTA, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Ground has been broken in Augusta by the Cheff Therapeutic Riding Center on their Suzanne UD Parish Therapy Arena.
It culminated their Raise the Roof capital campaign.
Cabinet members and staff were joined by representatives from CSM and Consumers Credit Union, all coming together to celebrate the project getting underway.
Executive director Tara East says it’s been a long time coming and adds it was special to share the moment with people who helped make it possible.
The Suzanne UD Parish Therapy Arena will play a key role in expanding access to care.
The new space is designed to support targeted mental health services and hippotherapy programming, helping meet a growing need within the community for innovative, relationship-based approaches to wellness and healing.
