BATTLE CREEK, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The city of Battle Creek has named Code Compliance manager Jason Francisco the city’s interim community services director.
Francisco will take on the role effective May 1st after Marcie Gillette was promoted to assistant city manager.
Officials say his temporary promotion will ensure continuity of ooperations in the Community Services Department.
Francisco will oversee day-to-day departmental operations while the city launches a recruitment process for a permanent community services director.
