ALLEGAN, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – A 57-year-old man from Martin is facing over a decade in prison after he pled guilty yesterday to second-degree murder for the drunk driving crash that killed eight-month-old Lucia Seifried.
Allegan County prosecutor’s are asking the judge to send Terry Boss to prison for 13.5 years when he is sentenced.
Boss was driving drunk on Baseline Road last April when he caused the deadly crash.
He will be sentenced March 3rd.
