KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Michigan health officials continue to recommend the Hepatitis B birth dose.
A federal committee that makes recommendations to the CDC recently voted to delay the vaccine.
Dr. William Nettleton is the medical director of the Kalamazoo County Health and Community Services Department and the Calhoun County Public Health Department
He says parents that have questions should turn to one source.
Nettleton says there are no health benefits to delaying the vaccine, adding that it could lead to babies being exposed to the illness.

Fear mongering fool running things again.
Once again no foundation for claims made.
What an imbecile.
