EAST LANSING, MI — All aboard the Lansing Train Show and Sale at the MSU Ag Pavilion on Sunday, Nov. 9 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. It is billed as Michigan’s largest train show by organizers.
With an attendance of over 3,000, shoppers can buy new and used model trains, tools, artwork, collectibles, DVDs, books, and much more from over 500 vendor tables. These vendors come from all over, including Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, and Illinois to sell their trains.
“The Lansing Train Show and Sale has experienced consistent annual growth, achieving a second consecutive year of sold-out vendor table reservations,” John Hartmann, special events coordinator for the Lansing Model Railroad Club (LMRC), stated. “There is always something entertaining at our show from watching miniature trains run on modular layouts to shopping for trains to add to your collection.”
General admission for the train show is $8, and free for children under 12 years and scouts in uniform. For faster service, an express ticket sales lane will be open for customers with exact change.
