WMU Board of Trustees to name successor to Montgomery this Wednesday afternoon

KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The search for a new president at Western Michigan University appears to be over.

The WMU Board of Trustees is set to convene at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 23 in the Student Center ballroom to appoint the University’s 10th president, who will succeed President Edward Montgomery following his retirement June 30.

The Board of Trustees meeting Wednesday will be livestreamed.
