COMSTOCK TOWNSHIP, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The Kalamazoo County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a 46-year-old man in Comstock Township for allegedly firing a shot from a rifle at the vehicle of two people who were in an argument with him.
Deputies were called to the 5000 block of Francis Street just before 12:30 Monday morning for the incident.
They surrounded his home and made contact with the suspect, who was refusing to come out.
He finally did surrender and deputies found several firearms inside the home.
The suspect is held in the Kalamazoo County Jail for felonious assault and for violating bond. No one was hurt.
