HARBOR SPRINGS, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Democratic Vice Presidential nominee Tim Walz is in Harbor Springs this week with U.S. Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg to practice for the vice presidential debate.
The two will be in northern Michigan until Sunday, but Emmet County Democratic Party officials are not disclosing their location for security reasons.
Walz, the governor of Minnesota, will debate Republican JD Vance Tuesday night at 9 p.m. in New York City.
He will also be in Ann Arbor tomorrow to watch the Minnesota Golden Gophers play the Michigan Wolverines.
