OSHTEMO TOWNSHIP, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – A 24-year-old bicyclist is hospitalized in critical condition after being hit by a SUV Friday morning.
The Kalamazoo County Sheriff’s Office says he was hit by a 65-year-old woman driving an SUV around 6:20 a.m. on Parkview Avenue just west of Crystal Lane in Oshtemo Township.
She was not hurt.
He suffered severe injuries according to the sheriff’s office. They say speed and alcohol do not appear to have been factors in the crash.
No names have been released.
