COMSTOCK TOWNSHIP, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Comstock Public Schools officials have broken ground on the district’s new STEM Academy building.
Principal Christopher Chopp says it will be a big improvement.
It will be 57,000 square-feet and located near Comstock Elementary School.
It will replace the current STEM Academy that was built in the late 1940s and used to be known as East Elementary.
There are 300 students from kindergarten to eighth grade at the STEM Academy.
