BATTLE CREEK, MI (WNWN/WTVB) – A 37-year-old Battle Creek woman is in custody after a dispute in the 3000 block of Capital Avenue SW led to a stabbing of another woman on Monday night.
Battle Creek Police say they were dispatched at around 10:30 p.m..
The victim, a 24-year-old Battle Creek woman, was not found at the scene. She was found a short time later at Bronson Battle Creek Hospital, where she was treated for a stab wound to her forehead.
Following an interview with officers, police arrested a 37-year-old woman for aggravated assault and transported her to the Calhoun County Jail.
