KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Kalamazoo Public Library board vice president Linda Mah has resigned.
Mah left due to obligations with her job as Kalamazoo Public Schools communications specialist.
She had been on the library board since January 2023 and her term runs through December 2026.
KPL marketing and communications manager Farrell Howe tells the Kalamazoo Gazette they are greatly appreciative of Mah’s services and they don’t have a timeline or a manner to fill her seat yet.
She was one of just two board members who were not up for reelection this fall.
Four full terms and one partial term are up for voters to decide in November.
One of those seats is that of KPL board president Christy Roth, who is not running for reelection.
