LONDON (Reuters) – British house prices rose by 0.3% on the month in July and were 2.1% higher than a year earlier, figures from Nationwide Building Society showed on Thursday.
Economists polled by Reuters had forecast house prices would rise 0.1% from June’s level to leave them 1.8% higher than in July 2023.
