DEARBORN, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Gas prices in Michigan are up 10-cents a gallon in the past week.
Triple-A Michigan says the price is at $3.78 a gallon, down from a 2024 record high of $3.81 set on Friday.
The price is up a dime from last week, eight-cents more than last month, and up 12-cents from last year.
A 15-gallon fill up costs $56 on average in the state.
The most expensive gas is in Jackson at $3.89, followed by Grand Rapids at $3.88 and Saginaw at $3.87.
The least expensive gas is $3.48 in Marquette, with metro Detroit coming in second and much higher at $3.70, and Traverse City at $3.75.
In southwest Michigan, Kalamazoo County is at $3.85, Van Buren County is at $3.82, Calhoun County is at $3.78, Allegan County is at $3.91, St. Joseph County is $3.74, and Cass County is at $3.69.
