PORTAGE, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Officials with Trilogy Health Services say they will break ground on a new campus in Portage next month.
Trilogy says the investment aims to expand senior living and assisted living services in the area and bring 49 skilled nursing units, 42 assisted living units, and 12 memory care assisted living units. The facility will be built at 732 East Centre Avenue.
Emily Tucker, Vice President of Integrated Marketing for Trilogy Health Services, says, “This community is another market with low supply and above-average demand for assisted living facilities. With a projected 17.6% growth in the 75+ demographic over the next five years, we are perfectly positioned to meet the increasing needs of our seniors.”
In addition to the new campus in Portage, Trilogy is also set to break ground for expansions in Sylvania and Ottawa, Ohio, Harrodsburg, Kentucky, and Moorseville, Greenfield, and Noblesville, Indiana.
Trilogy currently has over 130 senior living communities throughout Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, and Wisconsin.
