GRAND RAPIDS, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Sandy Pensler has dropped out of the Republican race for the U.S. Senate in Michigan and endorsed former Congressman Mike Rogers.
Pensler made the announcement at former President Trump’s rally in Grand Rapids that he was bowing out. Sherry O’Donnell and Justin Amash remain on the Republican ticket, while Hill Harper and Congresswoman Elissa Slotkin complete for the Democratic ticket.
They are all seeking to succeed the retiring Senator Debbie Stabenow and the primary is August 6.
