OXFORD, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Ethan Crumbley’s attorneys have filed a motion to withdraw his guilty plea in the November 2021 Oxford High School shooting.
They have filed the request to have him resentenced, saying new evidence shows witnesses could have testified about his childhood traumas bud did not.
Crumbley pled guilty to all 24 charges, including four counts of murder, when he was 15-years-old. The Oakland County Prosecutor’s Office has not commented.
Crumbley’s parents were both found guilty of four charges of involuntary manslaughter and sentenced this year.
