KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The Kalamazoo Valley Enforcement Team and the Crime Reduction Team have made an arrest in a drug bust Wednesday.
The 49-year-old male suspect was arrested on several felony charges.
Officers executed a search warrant in the 1500 block of Reed Avenue as they investigated drug sales.
They seized a quarter-pound of fentanyl, an ounce and a half of powder cocaine, a quarter-ounce of crack cocaine, equipment used to manufacture and sell drugs, and a gun.
The gun had been reported stolen elsewhere in Kalamazoo County and the suspect is not allowed to legally possess a firearm due to prior convictions. His name has not yet been released.
