ANN ARBOR, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Police at the University of Michigan removed pro-Palestinian protestors from the Diag this morning.
Approximately 50 people were in the encampment, and some were sprayed with an irritant to remove them. The university said four people were arrested, but they have not been identified.
U of M President Santa Ono issued a statement saying the encampment became a threat to public safety.
The move comes after demonstrators went to he home of a school official and left fake body bags on their lawn.
