LANSING, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – State House Minority Leader Matt Hall of Kalamazoo County is calling for majority Democrats to work with his party on developing an economic growth plan.
He cited a report from Governor Whitmer’s population council that says the state needs such a plan.
Hall says it would include reforming regulatory policies to help existing businesses grow.
Republicans also want to reverse the income tax hike that took effect this year and reinstate the right-to-work law that Democrats rescinded.
