THREE RIVERS, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – A car versus pedestrian crash in Three Rivers this morning is under investigation. The St. Joseph County Sheriff’s Office says they were called to US-131 and Wilbur Road around 5:40 a.m. for the crash.
Two separate vehicle hit the pedestrian as they were heading south on US-131. One indicated the pedestrian jumped in front of his vehicle.
Neither driver was hurt. The pedestrian has been taken to a Kalamazoo hospital for treatment of their injuries. Deputies say that person was conscious and alert.
Three Rivers police assisted along with the Three Rivers and Fabius Township fire departments.
