LANSING, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – State Senate Minority Leader Aric Nesbitt of Van Buren County is among the Republicans that are putting the blame for a Grand Rapids murder in March on President Biden.
25-year-old Ruby Garcia was shot and killed, allegedly by her boyfriend, 25-year-old Brandon Ortiz-Vite.
He had been deported in 2020 under former President Trump and was back in the U.S. illegally.
Nesbitt says that murder is among the reasons for Trump’s visit to Grand Rapids Tuesday afternoon. He made his comments on Michigan’s Big Show airing on WKZO.
