KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety has now released the name of a 25-year-old Kalamazoo man who was found shot to death in his vehicle late Saturday night.
Just after 11:30 p.m., Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety officers responded to the 900 block of Jackson Street on the report of a traffic crash. When officers arrived, they discovered that Bader Mohamed Farwana was actually suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
KDPS says life saving efforts were attempted, but Farwana ultimately died of his wounds. They say the shooting is being investigated as a homicide.
