BATTLE CREEK, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Battle Creek Police responded to a report of gunshots fired at a Parkway
Avenue home Wednesday afternoon, but they say there were no injuries.
Officers arrived on scene in the 300 block of Parkway Avenue around 3:35 p.m. and found a single-family home had been struck twice by bullets.
Battle Creek Police say it is possible that the victim is an acquaintance of the suspect or suspects, but the victim was only able to provide limited information to officers.
At this time, officers have not located a suspect in the shooting incident.
